Lens Manufacturing
●Product Description
Manufacturing Processes
Lens manufacturing involves multiple steps including material selection, cutting, rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing, coating, and inspection. Based on the application scenarios and performance requirements of the lenses, we select appropriate materials such as optical glass (e.g., N-BK7, ZF2) or optical plastics (e.g., PMMA, PC). Subsequently, high-precision cutting equipment is used to shape the material into the preliminary form of the lens. Rough and fine grinding processes gradually approach the final shape, while polishing ensures that the lens surface achieves the required smoothness and optical properties. The coating process can further enhance the lens's transmittance, reduce reflection and scattering, and improve imaging quality. Finally, strict optical and mechanical inspections ensure that each lens meets the design requirements.
